It seems like winter is back again.
It was snowing last night in and around Tokyo.
It was not heavy at all, but was still snow.
The weather in March here in Japan is not very stable.
As a matter of fact, it was pretty warm last week, and I felt like whole myself was being energized by the warmness.
It is such a special feeling to notice the spring breeze.

Hina matsuri (March 3) is the Festival of Dolls.
"Also called Girls' Day Festival, this is the day on which wishes are expressed for the future happiness of girls."（8th edition of "NIPPON: JAPAN, the land and its people" by Japan Technical Information Services Corporation)

There are 6 female staff in our office and we got a sweet surprising gift from our president's mom, Hoshi-mama.
As Hoshi-mama lives not too far from our office, she sometimes stops by to drop foods and snacks.
This time, it was a pretty cake.

The cake is beautifully decorated with a set of dolls dressed in costumes which are worn in the royal court in ancient times.
Well, as the rest of the world was used to consider a girl's happiness was a happily married life, this traditional dolls portrays traditional idea of Japanese in which I really don't care.
But I really appreciate Hoshi-mama's kindness.
So we shared the slices, and it was great.

We do also have this kind of holiday for boys in May.

Over the last couple of weeks, we were meeting prospective members.
We review tons of applications, interview them, and discuss who to choose.
The positions are domestic sales (Japan) and international sales.
As our brand Simplism is trying to keep #1 share, and to enter the market in the outside of Japan, we really need a help of motivated people with a flexible, positive, and can-do attitude.
We are more than happy to welcome new staff members.
