We got a disappointing news last night.
Apple announced that they postponed the iPad release here in Japan until the end of May.

We have had initial sales of iPad cases and protector films in limited quantities on our domestic web store, and they are gone really quick.

One of the most popular case is Shoulder Leather Case for iPad.

Our company president has blog pages on our Japanese web site.
And there, you can see photos of him already using one (He got it in SF on the day of release).

Right now, he is in a factory in China checking the production to make sure that we can supply enough quantity of films and cases for the initial needs at the time of iPad release.
